Here’s a streamlined breakdown of our Youth Development Program:
- Focuses on building fundamental skills for long-term athletic development.
- Includes player assessments, training, and arm care programs to maximize performance.
- Players must complete 3 months of training at each level before advancing (instructors will determine readiness).
- Each class consists of four 1-hour sessions (once a week).
- Players can choose additional days to focus on different skill sets.
- All 4 sessions must be completed within the same month; they won’t carry over.
