You can't build an effective development plan until you know where you're starting.

The Trugo16 Bronze Performance Evaluation provides athletes with an objective baseline of their current arm health, athletic performance and baseball skill set.

Players complete a series of measurable performance tests along with one baseball skill evaluation using GameRun AI. The results help identify current strengths, weaknesses and areas that should become priorities in the athlete's training.

ARMCARE ASSESSMENT

Evaluates key measurements related to the throwing arm, including:

• Arm strength
• Shoulder strength
• Arm balance and deficiencies
• Baseline arm-health measurements

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TESTING

Measures the physical qualities that contribute to baseball performance:

• 10-Yard Sprint — acceleration and first-step quickness
• 5-10-5 Pro Agility — change of direction and lateral quickness
• Broad Jump — lower-body horizontal power
• Lateral Jump — lateral power and stability
• Vertical Jump — lower-body explosive power
• Hand/Grip Strength — hand and forearm strength

GAMERUN AI SKILL EVALUATION

The athlete selects one baseball skill for AI-powered evaluation:
