TRUGO16 CATCHERS DEVELOPMENT

Develop the Skills. Control the Game. Lead from Behind the Plate.

Designed to develop confident, skilled, and fundamentally sound catchers who can take control of the game from behind the plate. The Trugo16 Catchers Development Program focuses on improving receiving, blocking, footwork, transfers, throwing accuracy, and pop times while developing the leadership, communication, and game-management skills needed to command the field.

Our program combines fundamental catching instruction with progressive training to help athletes improve defensive consistency, throwing efficiency, reaction time, and overall performance.

Trugo16 Catchers Development (ages 14 and up) and Trugo16 Junior Catchers Development (ages 11–13) focus on preparing catchers for the physical and mental demands of playing at higher levels.

Our Goal: Develop complete catchers who can receive, block, throw, manage pitchers, and lead their team with confidence.
